2.  Engagement Process

Our standard process includes:

• ‍Initial meeting and project proposal
• Payment agreement (either 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, or milestone-based)
• Project execution and delivery

3. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Use

• Final deliverables become your property upon full payment.
• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio (e.g. on Webflow, Behance, Dribbble, or social media) unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear and timely feedback, materials, and approvals
• ‍Not resell or redistribute our work without permission
• Not use our work for illegal or unethical purposes
• ‍Not claim the designs as their own creation unless discussed

5. Termination

We reserve the right to end the project if:

• The client fails to provide necessary input within a reasonable time
• ‍Payment terms are violated
• ‍There is abusive, unprofessional, or dishonest behavior

In such cases, no refund will be issued, and work completed may be retained.

6. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for:

• Any loss of revenue, profits, or data resulting from the use of your final website
• Issues arising from third-party tools, platforms, or hosting services‍
• ‍Delays caused by client inaction or third-party services

7. Modifications
